Following a Masters in Leisure management, Helen has been a manager at Sport Wales for 12 years.  Most of that time was spent managing the lottery and government grant funding to support the development of facilities across Wales.  More recently, Helen has been managing the people development work.  The focus here is on training and developing both professional and non-professional people in the sport sector.
